Material and Customization
Our dishes and figurines are made using oven-baked polymer clay. It is a durable medium that bakes firm, with a surprising lightness. When spread out thinly, it may remain slightly flexible. Our creations are often colored using acrylic paint and may include other materials where appropriate to portray certain effects.
To ensure that our products are of the highest quality, we only use polymer clay that are imported from the US and Germany. Each of your customized order is 100% handcrafted and may vary uniquely from each other.
We do not provide drafts, but we will craft the figurines in the likeness of the items, pets and people in reference photos provided. Nevertheless, the final product will not be an exact replica. Our clay artist has the creative right and discretion in ensuring that all preferences and conditions of the order are met.
We will only be responsible for the following mistakes made in the handcrafting process, and will, in such cases, make appropriate changes at no extra charge: 1) Misspelling of wordings, and 2) design that does not meet the requirement of specific details given (e.g. figurine sitting instead of standing).
All our polymer clay creations are sealed with glaze and can maintain its quality for a long time when handled with love and care. Dropping, regular knocking, or applying great deliberate force may cause breakage. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat and do not scratch. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
Note: Our dishes are not food safe.
The resin we use is highly UV resistant, non-yellowing and is non-toxic and food safe. Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat and do not scratch. It is recommended for use up to 50C. To clean, wipe with a microfiber cloth.
Our wooden homeware are hand sanded and treated to resist water and stains. Keep away from direct moisture and heat and do not scratch. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean as needed and wipe dry.
