Materials

  • Our bespoke wedding ring boxes and trinket dishes are made using polymer clay. To ensure that our products are of the highest quality, we only use polymer clay that is imported from the US and Germany.

    Each of your customised orders is 100% handcrafted and may vary uniquely from each other.

  • The figurines for our earrings are made using oven-baked polymer clay. It is a durable medium that bakes firm, with a surprising lightness. When spread out thinly, it may remain slightly flexible.

    Our creations are often coloured using acrylic paint and may include other materials where appropriate to portray certain effects.

  • We use premium clay imported from Australia for our ceramic products. All glazes used are non-toxic and food-safe.

    Gold lustre finishes are fired in the kiln for durability and food safety. However, they are not dishwasher or oven proof. Do not microwave lustre pieces as we use true gold. Gentle hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity.

 

Lead Time

  • As most of our products are customised and made-to-order, they usually have a lead time. Here is a summary of the times required for each product:

    Polymer clay products

    • Earrings: 3-4 weeks
    • Wedding trinket dish or ring box: By slot bookings

    Ceramic products

    • Painting palette, jars: 6-8 weeks
    • Mugs, cups: 6-8 weeks

 

Shipping and Collection

All our products are inspected before being carefully secured in their boxes to ensure they reach you unharmed. We are not responsible for damages incurred during the mailing process and orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, do contact us if you have any problems with your order.

  • For orders within Singapore, you can either opt for self-collection at Serangoon or courier. Courier will take an estimated 2-3 working days to arrive once shipped.

  • Yes, you most definitely can!

    Note that all international orders are registered and include mail tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The below estimated shipping times are estimated by Singapore Post Limited and we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Here are the overseas postage transit time to major cities:

    • Hong Kong, Japan: 3-5 working days

    • Australia, New Zealand, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Netherlands: 4-6 working days

    • France, Germany, South Africa, UAE, Indonesia, India, Vietnam: 5-8 working days

    • Canada, China, Italy, Philippines, USA: 6-9 working days

    • Other destinations in Asia and territories in the Pacific: 5-10 working days

    • Other destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and America: 6-12 working days
