Customisation Options for The Portrait Mug
Our mugs are handmade with premium clay from Australia. Here are some of the options you can customise:
Number of portraits (up to a total of 5 pax including both portraits on the front and on the handle)
Name customisation in 22K gold
Pet/ item figurines on handle
Painted details surrounding portraits
After adding the product to cart, there will be a pop-up window for you to describe the design of your mug. You may also submit reference photos for the figurine. For multiple mug orders, please add to cart separately unless all customisations are the same.

Care Instructions
Ceramics should be handled with care to avoid breakages and chipping. They are food safe and while dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity. Do avoid thermal shock and sudden extreme changes of temperature.
Products with gold lustre are food safe but not microwave safe. Avoid abrasive cleaning and dishwashers. Treat them as you would fine china.
